Our panel of qualified judges will be crowning the 321: FOOD FEST CHAMPIONS.
Competitors will choose to submit a dish in one of the following Divisions:
1. Entrée
2. Appetizer/Side Dish
3. Dessert
Scoring will be done through a blind taste test in the following categories and rating scales:
1. Taste (Rating the flavor/ingredients used): 1 - 10 Points
2. Quality (Rating how the food was prepared/cooked): 1 - 10 Points
3. Presentation (Rating scent, creativity, uniqueness, etc): 1 - 5 Points
Total Possible Score = 25 Points
Each Division will have 3 Winners:

JESSE HALL HOST, space coast eats podcast Jesse has been eating his entire life. Since a baby, Jesse had a desire to eat! It was not until Jesse's first job when he realized, at 15 years old, that in order to eat, one must prepare and package food. This led Jesse to discover how to prepare and enjoy the finest food! It was after serving celebrities & royalty that Jesse was able to reach the pinnacle of what cuisine should be. Jesse now exercises his newfound palate to judge and discuss what makes ordinary food become a culinary journey of exquisite proportions. JESSLYN HERNANDEZ FOOD BLOGGER, ORLANDO FOODIE GIRL Jesslyn started as a food Blogger back in 2018. She has been interviewed on several podcasts as well as WKMG News Channel 6. Jessyln is also a published author and self trained cook. Jesslyn runs the Instagram page OrlandoFoodieGirl which has almost 30,000 followers and features the best restaurants/unique eats of Central Florida! She also has many followers on TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. She has written articles for several local magazines representing the Central Florida food scene as well as worked with McDonald's to bring awareness to their Ronald McDonald house charities. Jesslyn has also served as a Judge in a previous Taco Competition event! |

NATE COX owner, nate's dryer vent cleaning Nate was first introduced to the world of Food & Beverage when he started his first job at the early age of 13. This experience was just the primer to many years working at a variety of restaurants. Most of his previous experience is in the kitchen. Nate has worn many hats over the years, starting as a Dishwasher, moving up to Cook/Lead Line Cook, Expo, and eventually Server and Bartender. Nate likes to reminisce about those days; the organized chaos. Felt much like running a business. He is thankful that he married another Foodie & he and his wife enjoy checking out as many new and diverse eateries as possible! They have experienced it all, while narrowing down their favorite spots from Titusville to Beachside and all the way down to Palm Bay. Nate has also been providing food reviews & pictures online for years, which has now attracted more than 1.3M viewers. This has put Nate in the top 20% of Google's Contributors. He is thankful for the opportunity to do what he loves, eat some great food and share his thoughts! |
CHRISTOPHER MORALES EXECUTIVE CHEF, THE CHEF'S TABLE Christopher Morales has been an Executive Chef around Brevard County for over 10 years. He has worked in yacht clubs in South Florida and accepted to Michelin restaurants in New York City and Los Angeles. He became a Chef at the age of 20 and has all “on the job training”, without having gone to culinary school. He has been featured in many magazines and news articles, and has received many accolades; most recently, on the Food Network. You can tell that he loves to cook just by looking at his arms full of food tattoos and utensils. He is currently working at The Chef’s Table as the Executive Chef. JIMMY MUTTER OWNER/BROKER, MUTTER REALTY As a Broker of a successful Real Estate company started by my dad, Bobby Mutter after his career as Chief of Police and Homicide Detective, I was gifted with the love of food from him too! I enjoy all varieties of meals and am pretty good at finding the perfect sweet dish to top off a great feast. My tastebuds surpass all others when it comes to ice cream. I am teaching my 6-year-old son, Walker, to enjoy different foods and to explore more healthy options along the way. Incorporating the daily rigorous workouts at the gym allows me to continue my exploration of great foods all over the country. It's not always about eating to live, but living to eat too! |
CHRISTINA PETSOS FOOD BLOGGER, SOMEHOW I'M NOT FAT I was born and raised in Cape Canaveral. I have been a food blogger since 2017. I run the Orlando based Instagram page @somehowimnotfat. The page has over 20,000 followers. I am in the Army and am always trying new foods wherever I travel. I frequently take trips to major metropolitan cities just to eat, to include cities I have to fly to. While I was stationed in Savannah, GA, I was featured in South Magazine, Savannah Magazine, and Visit Savannah. When I am not stuffing my face with food, I compete in bodybuilding, which has taught me how to have a true appreciation for good food. Being disciplined in what I eat and put in my body, it created a discipline in only eating what I truly love, as well.
